Our spiritual retreat has been designed around a prophetic schedule of prayers and supplications throughout the day combined with physical activities to cultivate sisterhood and companionship. Over the course of the retreat participants will take part in:

Shaykha Noshin GulShaykh Noshin is a respected scholar and community leader based in Manchester. After completing her postgraduate studies in Material Engineering, she travelled to Syria to pursue traditional Islamic knowledge, studying under renowned scholars including Shaykh Abul Hasan Al-Kurdi, Shaykh Muhammad Al-Yaqoubi, and Shaykh Shukri Al-Luhafi. She was awarded Ijazah in Tajwid and studied classical texts such as Adab al-Suhba and Qasida al-Burda.
Shaykha Noshin is the founder of Manchester Quran Academy, co-founder Sacred Vows, and serves as the Chair on the board of Guidance Hub. She has taught Tajwid to hundreds across the UK, trained Quran teachers, lectured at universities, and regularly leads women's gatherings and hikes. Q. What is included in the retreat fee?
A. The retreat fee includes: Accommodation, meals and activities.
Q. Are children allowed?
A. The minimum age for this retreat is 14 years old. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Q. Are males allowed?
A. This retreat is for ladies only.
Q. Is transport provided?
A. Transport is not included. Attendees are required to make their own way.
Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided during the duration of our stay. You are encouraged to bring along snacks for yourself and to share. If you have specific dietary requirements and you're welcome to bring your own food.
Q. Can I choose which room I sleep in?
A. We will try our best to accommodate you in your preferred room wherever possible. However, we cannot guarantee any requests.
Q. Do I have to participate in all the activities?
A. We highly encourage participation in all the activities which have been carefully planned and selected to ensure you have the best experience. Participation in the activities is at the discretion of each individual. If you are not able to partake in any of the activities, we are unable to offer an alternative or offer a discount in the retreat fee.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. There are no refunds available for this event. If you are unable to make it you are welcome to change the name on the booking and transfer your place to someone else.
