Join our ladies Martial Arts Programme, taught by qualified female instructors and designed to teach you the art of self-defence in a fun, safe and encouraging environment.
We will cover self-defence that is taught in a non-contact environment and promotes both character and physical development including self-defence, fitness, coordination, discipline, confidence and stress relief.
Ladies of all ages and levels welcome, from complete beginners to those with more experience. First session free for all new attendees.
