Empowering Futures: Highlights from Our Interview Skills Workshop

On Saturday, 19th October, Guidance Hub hosted an inspiring interview skills workshop aimed at enhancing job interview techniques and building confidence. This workshop, supported and funded by Manchester City Council, brought together a diverse group of participants eager to improve their job-seeking skills.

Throughout the workshop, attendees engaged in interactive activities designed to make learning enjoyable and practical. They learned how to tackle common interview questions, master body language, and create a positive first impression. One participant shared, “I never realized how much body language matters; now I feel ready to tackle any interview!” This feedback highlights the impact of our workshops in preparing individuals for success in job interviews.

The sense of community at Guidance Hub was palpable, with participants connecting over their shared experiences and supporting one another. Many expressed that this was more than just a skills workshop; it was a space where they felt empowered and encouraged to step out of their comfort zones.
