Asalamu'aleikum, It is a pleasure to have you on the Islamic Studies year two, we designed this course to teach you all the fundamentals in an easy-to-digest, interactive, yet comprehensive manner to give you all the core mandatory knowledge and beyond.
I would like to give you a few updates on the upcoming processes for the first day of your course, please see below for full details.
Merchandise & Course Booklet:
We will provide you with a full course pack, which includes a notebook, pen, tote bag and a bookmark. Your course pack will be dispatched by post at the beginning of the first week before the first class on the 10th of September 2022. The course pack will be dispatched to the address provided on the registration form.
You are welcome to collect the course pack from the Centre, simply drop us a quick message to [email protected] or the Whatsapp group to confirm you will collect them and we will have it reserved for you.
Direct Debit:
If you opted for the monthly payment instalments, your direct debit will be set up at the beginning of September. They will be automatically set up for 10 monthly instalments, after the 10 payments the direct debits will automatically stop.
Once set up you will receive an email to confirm your direct debit from Gocardless, in your bank statement the direct debits will appear as ‘Gocardless’ payments.
Student Platform:
Students will need to join Google Classroom and WhatsApp group for communication, sharing resources, and files from the teachers. You will require a Gmail account to join Google Classroom, the classroom will contain links to the audio class recordings.

Cancellations & Refunds
If a student decides to withdraw from the course, then notification of this withdrawal must be received by the administration. Refund guidelines are outlined below: (Applicable to Direct Debits & Upfront payment plans)
Notice Received before course starts - 85% Refund
Notice Received within 2 weeks of course starting - 75% Refund
Notice Received within 4 week of course starting – 50% Refund
No Refunds will be issued if notice received after 4 weeks of course starting.
